Bombay HC issues notice to Salman Khan on KRK’s plea against order restraining him from commenting

Salman Khan and Kamaal R Khan's controversy became the talk of the town and it took an ugly turn with each passing day. In June, the Mumbai court issued an interim order on a defamation suit filed by Salman Khan against the KRK over his comments on the film 'Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai' and some of his other videos and commentary. KRK has challenged the order later and in his plea said a film viewer cannot be prohibited from making comments about a film or its characters. KRK's plea further stated that the lower court should not have passed such a blanket order, and while the court could restrain him from making personal comments against Salman Khan, it cannot prohibit him from making fair criticism of the actor's films. Soon after, the Bombay High Court has asked for a response from Salman Khan on KRK’s plea against the order restraining him from commenting on the actor.
